Hailing from Haarlem, Silver Siegers is a professional Dutch cricketer who belongs to a rare breed of legspinners to play for the Netherlands women’s team. At the age of 18, Siegers made her international debut in a T20I fixture against Bangladesh women on July 8th, 2018. She picked her maiden international wicket of Aysha Rahman but it was a game to forget for the youngster as the Netherlands was bundled on just 42 runs.
A clever leggie, Siegers has bowled some vital spells for her national side since making her debut and cemented her place in the shortest format.
